The following programs are designed to promote compassionate leadership - an orientation which recognizes the power and the need for a different leadership approach.
Youth Workshop - Geared to junior high and high-school students, providing an uplifting, experiential format full of discussion and activities designed to open these youth up to a new approach to leadership based on compassion and support. Our goal is for them to challenge the status quo, and provide a new and more powerful leadership model which is badly needed in the world today.
15-Week Session - Geared to high-school students looking for in depth leadership training in a forum to provide community service. Youth learn compassionate leadership skills, and take action!
Adult Workshop - Designed to get groups thinking about how the old militaristic model permeates our actions and approaches, and how shift in just one person's mind toward a more compassionate model can radically impact the entire group.
Custom Programs - available upon request to address the needs of your specific audience.
