  • Printed Marketing Material was handed out. (See attached). It was suggested this be put on the website, which Kate will take care.
  • Each Board Member will try to get as many care circles listed as possible in the second half of September so that we can begin our marketing campaign in earnest in October.
  • Jennifer Boyd offered to make a connection to Diane Smith of WTIC and we’ll try to come up with a 6 week promotional for Positively Speaking CT
  • Vi will talk to Leadership Greater Hartford
  • Kate knows the founder of Charity Focus –an all volunteer run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that endeavors to leverage technology for inspiring greater volunteerism and providing meaningful volunteer opportunities for all who want them -- no matter what their skills, how much time they have to give, where they are located, and what their interests. In the process, CharityFocus volunteers provide much-needed assistance to nonprofit organizations worldwide and create inspiring local events that manifest the spirit of service.
