 Meeting Minutes – January 9, 2007
7:00-8:30pm
In attendance: Vi Beaudreau, Jennifer Boyd, Hope Emery, Kate Emery, Jennifer Jacobson, Janet Kniffin ,Steve Silk, Brenda Steigman
Absent: Polly Hincks, Kim Hoare
Action Plan
We reviewed and discussed the draft Action Plan and agreed to adopt this plan with a few changes. Kate will make these changes and redistribute.

Brenda reviewed the changes we’ve made to the website since last meeting, and we agreed that we need to continue developing and making this easier to use.
Financial Update
Kate distributed the draft budget for 2007 for directors to take home and review. We will discuss and pass this budget at our next meeting.
Fundraising Update
Kate gave an update on the Annual Campaign which will continue into January.
Committee Planning:
Kate passed around GHI Committee Roles and Responsibilities along with the proposed Standing Committees. She asked for people to email with what committees if
any that they would want to serve on.
Jennifer Jacobson
Kate introduced Jennifer Jacobson to the group, and she provided some additional information on her background and expertise.
Next Meeting – The next meeting date is set to 3/13/07 at our new offices at 20 Waterside drive. Directions will be sent.
There being no more business to attend to the business portion of the meeting was adjourned at 8:40.
