- Computer Contribution Campaign – 1/14
- MLK – Coming right up! – 1/16
- Care Circle Leadership Orientation – Happened last week – 5 people signed up 2 showed, but there seems to be some interesting ways to go about this.
- Boys and Girls Club – Leadership Training is going Great.
- Creating the Future we Want - Approval request –
° Brainstorm on topics/speakers
Discussion/Brainstorming
- What are the key areas to focus on if we want to create a better future
° Can we drill down to root causes?
Grants – The following grants are being sought
- Torrington Foundation – MLK event – Received $2,500
- Other Sponsors of MLK - TK
- Hartford Foundation – Strategic Planning – Fundraising – Need more of a board
- SBC – Computer Contribution Program – not until March
- Walker Systems Support has offered $5000 per month
° Primarily for salaries
° Offering a position to a Development Manager
