Do you know someone who's done something to help make our world a better place? Are you making positive changes in your community or the world? We would like to know about your efforts and share them at the 2008 CareCircle.net Celebration. We are seeking the nominations of individuals, groups and Care Circles for the 2008 Celebration. To nominate an individual, group or Care Circle, simply send us a 200 word nomination stating what this group is doing and how they are effecting positive change. Celebrants will receive a free ticket to the event and be noted in the program along with a description of the things they’re doing. Global Harmony Institute will recognize all of the selected Celebrants with a CareCircle.net 2008 ChangeMaker Award. Other guests will enjoy wine and cheese, have the opportunity to learn more about the great things happening in their community, and participate in a silent auction. Email:
2008 Compassionate Community Leader: It is with great honor we announce the Ms. Pat Schneider as the 2008 Compassionate Community Leader. Ms. Schneider, is the Founder & Director Emerita of Amherst Writes & Artists, author of nine books, poet, playwright, librettist, workshop & retreat leader, speaker and teacher. Join us on Thursday, October 23 by celebrating her contributions as an inspirational leader who has used her position, experience and skills to make a significant and positive difference in the world.
